Description of the works
Data entry is made quick and easy. As soon as the relevant information is entered, you can print the Inventory form of a work, a label, a custom form, etc... and open the Slide Show.

Photos
The handling of images has been greatly simplified with QuickTime™ technology. The editing of the images is done automatically, as well as the creation of Thumbnails. Your images are kept in a separate folder on your hard disk, in the definition you have chosen, allowing you to use them for other purposes... They can be reproduced in hight-definition photos.

Exhibitions
This file permits you to edit price lists (automatic conversion into Euro is possible), labels, press books, etc...

Movements and Transactions
All the possible ways in which works of art may move through your Gallery are listed in the "Transaction" page of its Inventory form. From this page you have direct access to the Consignor, Seller or Buyer, the Accounting, Billing or Customs forms.

• Payments (balances of total paid / total received).
• Payments concerning a Batch Purchase.

Accounting Tools
They will provide you:
- An Inventory at a certain date.

The Addresses Book
The input of adress is fast and complete, and the software immediately informs the user a duplicate address has been entered. The number of telephone, fax or e-mail entries is unlimited. Print out listings and labels, mailings by e-mails, and searches by sophisticated criteria.

The Mail
A word processing function permits you to create your letter templates, mailings and envelopes... and archives your correspondance.

Lists according to Roles
The General Persons file (or Address Book) is divided into sub-files, which take into account the role each person plays.
The form for each "Actor" contains the updates of relevant data; for instance, the list of useful texts for an Artist, the list of published texts for a Critic, the list of objects a Consignor has deposited at your gallery, the list of objects you have lent to a Borrower, the list of sales you have made to a Buyer or the list of your acquisitions at a Seller.

Automatic update of your site...
